Why is this role key to our business?

The Reporting & Dashboard Manager will have responsibility for the Development and Maintenance of ALL Dashboard / Operational and Initiative insight performance reporting across the full Supply Chain. 

They will have responsibility & accountability for the accuracy and controls in delivering ownership across the Operation

The individual will be demonstrate strong, data and analytical reporting skills, by using their experience of statistical data presentation to assist the business into Operational Insight and increasing profitability throughout the end to end Supply Chain operation. A key focus on Accuracy & Controls will be necessary, as the ownership of the entire Reporting suite will encompass internal campaign performance, Stock flow precision reporting across forward and reverse logistic activities. as well as driving analytical data towards Continuous improvement which will be represented via a key focus on Dashboards & functional KPI reporting tools.

How will I add value in this role?

You will add value in these key areas:

Data Intelligence
The Creation, Ownership and Improvement of all data sources used within the department which are fundamental to the management of a successful Supply chain. Dashboards & Report suite will be accessible both within the department and cross-functionally across the wider business. The data will be primarily used to identify key areas of focus / action against department KPI structure. It is expected that the reporting will be Dynamically designed to allow interrogation from Executive to Admin team levels.

Operational Suite Management
You will be the sole representative and subject matter expert for All Supply Chain workflows, and associated reporting against the current 'AS-IS' process and the transition into any 'FUTURE' changes/initiatives that may impact the department. This will provide insight into both the level of activity impact and also the tracking of benefit realisation. 

Team Support and Subject Matter Expertise
Supporting the Supply Chain team in maintaining the Integrity & Accuracy of all data feeds through Data Warehouse to the final populated reports within the function. Operationally delivering all reports to an agreed Operational timescale and format. Engaging with the Supply Chain management team to continuously enhance the reporting output to deliver focus upon customer experience and financial results. You will also be the SME for the dept. against all other areas of the business, driving opportunities and efficiencies from better controls, integration and/or visibility.

Continuous Improvement / Initiatives
Being a subject matter expert in the Supply Chain, you will explore opportunities to deliver both commercial and operational benefit through process changes. This will include both internal process and processes in use via our outsourced partners. All changes will be delivered through appropriate governance and sign off procedures. You will form close working relationships to ensure any benefit through change is communicated, agreed and delivered.

What do I need in order to deliver in this role?

Must have:

- Expert Knowledge of Data Visualisation tools

- Experienced End to End Supply Chain Knowledge

- Strong Data & Analytical skills

- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills

- Dashboard Management

- Management Reporting experience
