Customer Marketing are experts in customer comms strategy. We work with our colleagues to create great customer experiences and uphold our brand values, to deliver our vision of having customers who love us, engage with us, and stay with us.
You will be a key in delivering this vision through the creation of highly targeted, relevant, and effective marketing campaigns via our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform. You will also work across the team to ensure the highest standards of QA are delivered, providing customers with consistent experiences relevant to them.
You can expect to be accountable for delivering a high standard of work, alongside a team of professionals who are a key asset in us providing a great customer experience for all people who take up a TalkTalk service.
Key area of responsibility:
To drive success in your role:
You will work with Campaign Managers in agreeing campaign strategy – who we target, how we identify them, which channels we use, how we personalise/automate etc.
You will build those campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing recommendations on the opportunities to automate, personalise, and optimise messaging across multiple channels.
You will be adept at handling data compliantly, with a good working knowledge of SQL that allows you to create highly segmented customer targeting criteria.
You will ensure that campaigns are built to the highest standards of accuracy and QA’d appropriately to prevent errors.
You will guide the Customer Marketing team in best practice for testing strategies to ensure all campaigns are optimised for the objectives they are driving.
You will help deliver a step change in our customer marketing programme from a predominantly manual to an automated system based on behavioural and lifecycle triggers.
You will help drive the development of customer lifecycle marketing to ensure a sound methodology is applied along with a structure that allows for easily understandable results.
You will coordinate and assist in the creation of SFMC web pages.
