If this sounds like you maybe you're the right person for this role:
You will be working as part of the Customer Services Team, delivering professional customer Service to B2B customers ensuring the correct service wrap is delivered.
Your day to day will be:
- Providing an effective, efficient and professional order management service for our customers
- Keeping the customers up to date and provide excellent customer service throughout
-To manage order exceptions and to work with our suppliers and internal stake holders.
How will I add value to this role?
We are looking for someone:
- With customer service or order management experience
- Manage expectations of customers
- Able to investigate any issues that arise in the process.
