What you would be a part of:
We are expanding our Enterprise Desk sales team to focus into growing and developing an existing base of customers. You would be developing, maintaining and winning Enterprise Business within this area.
You would be a fundamental part of our continued growth, by building and developing strong and meaningful relationships with prospect organisations, in order to grow business revenue streams through targeted new business activity within a defined customer base.
How will I add value:
Lead a team of nine to maximise revenues and deliver a great customer experience
Coach and train the sales team in techniques such as relationship development, retention, digital transformations and other skills as required
Grow, retain and maximise revenues from new business acquisition (new logo) through the selling of TalkTalk Businesses Data, Voice, PBX, and any other products specified.
Work closely with desk team to ensure ways of working are followed and a collaborative environment is delivered.
Act as a role model to the desk team to support and aid their development.
Consistently maintain opportunity development and campaign plans.
To operate within customer and prospect organisations from C Level down.
Establishes cross functional relationships in order to deliver against business objectives and challenges.
What experience is needed:
Sales Management Experience in Telecoms / IT
Proven record of building successful sales teams
Demonstrable ability to create and maintain a network of prospects at C-Level within target accounts
Customer Engagement experience
Excellent networking skills, internally and externally
Strong Presentation Skills
Forecasting and Pipeline Management experience
Experience of managing complex bids and customer engagements
Resilience and ability to manage own time and workload
