What we’re up to
We are building our marketing team within the B2B part of the group. We want to build strong marketing plans to drive brand awareness, new leads and acquisition and maximize in-life opportunities. We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager for our large Enterprise business segment.
This is what the day to day will look like:
Create and implement effective ROI-led Enterprise marketing campaigns focused on building brand awareness/consideration, key vertical segments and product areas
Management of lead generation activities through third parties and digital channels e.g. paid social and digital advertising
Work with PR agency to maximise press office and campaign activities
Create and manage an effective events programme
Oversee the social media program
Build a compelling content programme including writing engaging content
Develop a nurture programme to drive engagement of prospects and customers
Brand management, ensuring consistent implementation of visual identity and messaging
Work with external agencies to create impactful marketing and sales materials
Oversee key operational communications to customers
Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Products and Operational teams for smooth delivery of activities
Represent Enterprise marketing at key trading meetings
Skills and Attributes
Experienced results-driven Enterprise B2B marketeer
Brand building experience
Digital marketing e.g. email, social, digital advertising and website
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent stakeholder management experience
Be a motivated self-starter
Be-able to work in a complex environment
Flawless communication skills
