As part of TalkTalk Wholesale's Service Assurance team you will play a key role in delivering the highest level of service to our customers. You'll be part of a team of highly skilled engineers dealing with high value voice and data customers.
You'll link into all parts of the business across TalkTalk, as well as external suppliers.
As Team Manager you'll be responsible for managing and directing your assigned team for all the day to day operational responsibilities, sickness cover, and workflow and escalation management
How will I add value in this role?
Provide case managed front line and engineering support to key business and resellers, via telephone calls and email.
Managing fault resolution within agreed SLA with customers.
Providing support for the following services ADSL, SDSL, Annex M, MPLS VPN, leased lines, LES, Ethernet, MPF and other high value voice and data services.
Perform towards meeting agreed objectives, individual and team KPI's
Workflow management in line with KPI's and Escalation Management
Be proactive in identifying potential areas of development in support processes.
Ensure outage and planned worked notifications are sent out in a timely manner and sufficient information contained.
Manage team resource to ensure any absence is adequately covered, utilizing overtime where required.
Provide leadership and direction during the escalation of major service outages on the network.
Ensure that self and team members are familiar with the Company's Business Management System and Information Security Management System and comply with the requirements of those frameworks.
