We’re looking for a PPC Manager to join the Digital Media Team here at TalkTalk
The Digital Media team are focused on delivering best in class digital strategies to drive new customer acquisition and existing customer revenue; providing expertise to both the TalkTalk Consumer and Business teams.
How will I deliver in this role?
This is a key role, enabling us to drive forward the online sales channel. Through effective agency management and collaboration, you will shape and implement deliver the strategy across Paid Search and Paid Social and Display retargeting.
Your focus on performance will see you propose new ideas and approaches to the agency, and you will help enable us pivot to full fibre – from rollout to scale.
You’ll also relish the opportunity to manage our key relationship with strategic partners like Google and Facebook ensuring they’re delivering true added value to the business.
Your ability to build & manage relationships with internal stakeholders will be fully utilised. You’re comfortable translating your activity into a language relevant for the team involved – budgets for Finance, hitting the numbers for the Trading team and making sure we’re staying true to our brand for the Brand team.

What do I need in order to deliver in the role?
You’ll have extensive PPC management experience, be that agency-side or in-house, with excellent knowledge of Google Ads.
You will have a strong Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics skillset and be highly organised and driven.
You can demonstrate a commercial awareness by your appreciation of the data. You’re comfortable showcasing ROI to the business and, on the rare occasions where a campaign doesn’t deliver the desired results, you can explain why and an optimisation plan to get back on track.
You’ll be used to managing sizeable budgets (circa £500k+)
Ideally you’ll have experience of managing Paid Social & Display retargeting campaigns, but don’t worry if you haven’t - you’ll enjoy the opportunity to expand your skillset even more
