How will you add value in this role?
This role will involve working across the entire sales product team in a fast paced environment. You’ll put the customer at the heart of the journey and work with our UX Researchers and Optimisation teams to plan, design and carry out research activities to deliver improvements for the purchasing experience.
Finding ways to help inform the customer about our products is at the centre of what we do at TalkTalk. Enabling them to confidently select the right product without any issues is the key part of the sales journey and you will be encouraged to contribute your ideas and suggestions in continuously improving this.
This is a great opportunity to work with the wider UX team to make sure the end to end journey works seamlessly through purchasing and set up and on to nurturing and growing lasting relationships with our customers.
You’ll have experience of agile working, including an awareness of agile tools and how to use them. You can advise colleagues on how and why agile methods are used and be able to provide a clear, open and transparent framework in which teams can deliver.
You'll have relevant experience working as a UX Designer. This will include experience of working in digital environments from which you'll hold an impressive digital portfolio.
You'll use your knowledge and understanding of User Experience to deliver flawless execution.
You'll also have experience with service design, facilitating workshops optimisation or A/B testing or Experimentation. You’ll also have a keen eye for research.
