I joined TalkTalk a decade ago. Its stock was on the rise, it had launched free broadband, and the fact that it was challenging the dominance of the major ISPs in the industry was inspiring.

Over the years, I’ve worked in various parts of the business and I’ve transitioned from technical and analytical roles into process improvement and then on to management and leadership. There’s always scope to develop your skills in different areas and roles, and to progress. You just have to grab the opportunities.

My role now involves managing a team of Business Analysts within Change Shared Services. I get the opportunity to engage with portfolios, projects and programmes right across the group. It means I have great networking opportunities and the chance to build wide-ranging relationships. Business Analysis often helps to shape large customer transformation projects – it’s satisfying to know that we contribute to large movements that enhance our customers’ experience with TalkTalk.
