I’ve worked for TalkTalk since 2006 and have had the opportunity to work in many departments – from Provisioning and Customer Service through to Business Transformation and Sales. My role now is in the Customer Lifecycle Management team.
When I joined TalkTalk, it was shaking up the whole fixed line broadband sector in the UK. I’d been working in an organisation where every day felt the same and things took years to change – TalkTalk couldn’t be further away from that.

My work is very varied and I get to work with lots of senior stakeholders. I have a nice balance between being able to use my technical skills to develop new insights, and my communication skills to interact with, and drive decisions for, the business. Being with TalkTalk always gives me new challenges that I can learn from.
I've had many training and development opportunities over the years. TalkTalk also gave me the help and advice I needed to become a trustee of my local Citizens Advice Bureau, something I'm really proud of. It's flexible too - I generally work from home once or twice a week which is a massive help as I have two young children.
