Why is this role key to our business?

As a top ten tech company to work for in Manchester we are looking for someone to join our team here in Salford quays. You will be playing a key role in the primary billing team for all TalkTalk consumer business by assuring bill runs, analysing reports to identify trends and potential problems, reviewing agent escalation queries and CEO queries. You will manage major billing incidents and create complex manual workarounds until automated processes are implemented. Your role will also include watching out for current trends of data usage across voice, data and TV.

About the role

Your excellent skills will be used to ensure that all billing operations are carried out to a high standard which means collating data, auditing, analysing data trends. You will be identifying revenue leakage and get the opportunity to make suggestions as to how best to implement changes which will improve the service we deliver. We really value your knowledge, so we encourage you to share your expertise with other departments and the billings team. This role will constantly keep you on your toes as you will be answering complex billing queries from Customer Services and the CEO’s office.

About you

You have a great analytical skills and love to be challenged by complex processes as well as having good communication skills. It would be an added bonus if you have some awareness of metering, billings and an understanding of Ofcom general conditions.
