Here is a great opportunity for those who are wanting a career change into Change Management. You'd be the perfect person if you have exposure to this area but require quality training and development. You'd be learning the service management function and learning ITSM systems (Remedy etc). Â
Once you're fully trained as a Change Management Analyst you will support the current Change Managers in to deliver successful and impacted changes to the TalkTalk Infrastructure day in day out - they'll never be a boring day. You will help minimise the impact of IT Changes, being applied to the Production Environment. You'd be the person to work closely with a diverse set of Internal / External Partners. You will review change plans and make sure all documentation has been produced and processes adhered to prior to Implementation. Smart Reporting is something we really want to drive and you'd be the perfect person to help us do so.
You will be responsible for maintaining relationships between departments whether that be Technical or Non-Technical. You will be the person to complete Smart Reports as requested by areas of the business and attend CAB advisory boards as required. You'd also take a fancy in identifying opportunities to improve process and service quality to our internal customers and have a sense of customer service pride that will understand how a successful change absolutely benefits our customers via the reduction of delivery delays.
