The key responsibilities of the role are:

1. To own & manage Emergency Database (EDB) exceptions with the customer, from point of audit through to resolution

2. Support continuous improvement through root cause analysis to reduce the number of exceptions. Working with Resellers, Business Improvement and internal resolver groups to improve delivery processes, deliver best practice and reduce exceptions.

3. Collate and issue address corrections with partners once all internal processes have been exhausted

4. Educate our partners re the importance of and how to correct data, handling objections where they arise

5. Completion of requests from BT999 for urgent address collation

6. Responsible for completion of GDPR requests for our customers

7. Demonstrate a clear sense of ownership and personal responsibility for decisions, actions and failures
