If I was to be asked what I look for in a role, I’d say an opportunity to make a difference, empowerment, autonomy, a great culture, great people, and flexible working. I get all of that and more here. I love the place.
My role enables me to transform the way we develop our people. The culture here is very innovative so the business is always open to fresh ideas that result in better customer and colleague experiences. Having the autonomy to create a function that delivers upon that is really special.
Right now, we’re implementing a strategy that helps our colleagues to have the information they need to do their role, at the point they need it, in a way that’s engaging. It’s all about delivering a fantastic customer experience.

I’m given complete empowerment about where I work – I’m measured on my outputs and not where I’m physically sitting which is a huge benefit in my eyes. There are also plenty of social events on offer, everything from team nights out through to company-wide socials.
Having come in as an HR Manager, I’ve progressed through a number of roles into my current one. It’s been hard work and I’ve had to step out of my comfort zone but I’ve had great support from the business. I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve achieved.
